You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the shoes must:
* Be unworn and in their original condition.
* Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
* Have clean soles with no visible signs of use.
We recommend trying your shoes on indoors only, preferably on a clean carpet or rug, until you’re certain they’re the right fit.
If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, dirt, or is missing any original components, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Once your return has been approved, we will refund the full price of the product. For example, if you paid €79 for the shoes and €6.90 for shipping, you will receive a refund of €79. The original shipping charge (€6.90) is not refundable.
The estimated timeframe for shipping your order is approximately 4 weeks in total:
* Around 2 weeks to produce the shoes
* Around 2 weeks for delivery
Please keep in mind that these are estimated timeframes only. Your order may sometimes arrive earlier, while in some cases it may take a little longer.
We want to make size exchanges as easy as possible.
* Size exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
* Size exchanges are available for the same shoe model in a different size.
* If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different model or product, please contact us by email and we’ll be happy to discuss the available options with you.
* Your replacement pair will be produced completely free of charge.
* There are no additional fees or payments required through our website.
* We simply share the shipping costs: you take care of sending the original pair back to us, and we take care of shipping the new pair to you.
* Return shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the courier service you choose.
